The 12 Hours of Penitence endurance mountain bike race is owned and operated by SLV Dirt Worx, Inc. – a 501(c)(3) non-profit.  Our purpose is to promote outdoor recreation and youth initiatives in the San Luis Valley.  The board of directors are responsible for financial and operational oversight of the race as well as the SLV Rattlers high school mountain bike team.
